The school system has failed us

It’s failed us who cannot adjust to university because high school hasn’t prepared us
It’s failed us who were not challenged by anything we learned in high school and didn’t realize our potential
It’s failed us who didn’t need to study shakespeare to go to college to become a plumber
It’s failed us who “just don’t learn that way”

Need I go on?
My brother and sister have been getting a lot of flack with from school lately and I guess it just bothers me a lot.
Perhaps a lot of this comes from the fact the that 70% of the people on our school boards haven’t stepped inside a grade school classroom since they finished high school.

To hell with this I’m sending my kids to school in Finland!
